Keeping Retail Stores Staffed Effectively
PSS recruiting solutions are highly effective for keeping stores well staffed and business on track. We team up with hiring managers to find and recruit top talent and participate with the hiring process. In our recruiting workshops, we teach managers top strategies to keep their stores staffed more effectively. We also equip them with practical methods on how to better recruit, find and retain top sellers and managers. Overall, with our recruitment training, your stores will be better staffed and your store leaders better equipped to keep on top of the staffing needs of their business.

Option 1 - Recruiting Day
One full day includes
We recruit in local malls together with hiring mgrs., find talented prospects for stores needing staff and set up convenient interviewing times.
Assist with initial phone interviews and prescreen prospects. Introduce your company and job opportunities and set up interviews.
Follow-up with hiring mgrs. to find out about interviews and see who was hired. If not, we get to know why and help to improve the hiring process.
Option 2 - Recruiting Strategy
Two full days include
We assess current staffing needs with hiring mgrs., organize a plan which includes key ads and hiring events that attract qualified candidates.
Work with hiring mgrs. to recruit and screen people from the event. Assist with picking out talent and with the overall recruiting process.
Partner with hiring mgrs. to interview and evaluate potential candidates. Join forces to ensure the best people are onboarded quickly.
Option 3 - Recruiting Workshop
One full day includes
We provide extensive seminars for recruiting & retaining top staff. Go over managers current staffing needs and give them a winning game plan.
Take mgrs. recruiting to a nearby mall to look for key staff. Provide them with effective guidelines and team up with them to find top prospects.
Go over recruiting day to discuss progress and results. Ask mgrs. how they’ll resolve their staffing needs and encourage DM’s to help them do it.
